Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to take charge of managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of multiple Google Ads formats, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns. Proficiency in Google Analytics and conversion tracking is essential to effectively measure and enhance campaign performance. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can strategically plan, execute, and monitor campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) while staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing campaigns across various Google platforms such as Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. This includes conducting comprehensive keyword research, crafting compelling ad copy, and implementing A/B testing to continuously improve campaign results. Managing budgets and bids is critical, requiring ongoing adjustments to optimize ROI effectively.
Additionally, the specialist will analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, preparing detailed performance reports for stakeholders to provide transparency and insights. Optimizing landing pages to improve Quality Score and increase conversion rates is another key aspect of the role. Staying updated with the latest Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices is essential to maintain a competitive edge and ensure campaigns remain effective.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success. A strong understanding of Google Ads platforms, Google Merchant Center, and Google Tag Manager is required. The ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions is critical for optimizing campaign performance.
Certification in Google Ads—covering Search, Display, Video, and Shopping—is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills are necessary to prepare clear, insightful reports and effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with other digital marketing channels such as Facebook Ads or SEO is considered an advantage, as it broadens the candidate’s ability to contribute to multi-channel marketing strategies. Familiarity with e-commerce advertising, particularly Google Shopping Ads, is preferred due to the nature of our campaigns.
This is a part-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs15,000 to Rs45,000, depending on experience and performance. The expected workload is approximately 40 hours per week.
