Key Responsibilities
As a Banking Helpline Agent, you will be responsible for promptly answering incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. You will handle a variety of customer concerns, including queries, complaints, and requests, by providing accurate information and practical solutions. Processing customer orders efficiently and verifying details to ensure accuracy will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will manage payment transactions and update customer accounts with any relevant changes or new information. Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree to be considered for this role. A minimum of six months’ experience working in the banking sector, specifically in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) capacity, is required. This experience should demonstrate your ability to handle customer interactions effectively and resolve issues in a timely manner. Since this is an on-site position, candidates must be able to work full-time in Lahore and commit to in-person attendance as part of their daily responsibilities.
