Job Summary
We are looking for a talented B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to oversee the complete lead generation cycle. This includes researching and defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating outreach, and scheduling meetings with our sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B outreach and be confident in both written and verbal communication. Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo is essential, along with a proactive mindset to engage prospects effectively and secure introductory calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) specifically tailored to our software development services.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Clutch.
- Create and send personalized outreach messages via email and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
- Qualify prospects by assessing their fit against ICP criteria and alignment with our service offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team to facilitate smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date outreach records within CRM systems such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
- Monitor key outreach performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize lead generation strategies.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar outreach roles.
- Strong proficiency with outbound sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of software development services and familiarity with relevant industry terminology.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience using Clutch or other B2B marketplaces is a valuable plus.
- Flexible employment options are available, including both full-time and part-time roles.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs150,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
- This is an on-site position, promoting direct collaboration and engagement with the team.
