Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and passionate Nursing Educator to design and deliver a dynamic nursing curriculum that fosters student learning and professional development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in mentoring nursing students, guiding them through clinical experiences and simulation exercises, and working closely with fellow educators to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of the nursing program. Key Responsibilities
Developing and delivering a comprehensive nursing curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of students is a primary responsibility. The Nursing Educator will provide consistent mentorship and support to students throughout their academic journey, helping them build confidence and competence in their nursing skills. Facilitating clinical experiences and simulation exercises will be essential to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring students gain hands-on experience in a controlled learning environment. Collaboration with colleagues is crucial to regularly evaluate the program’s effectiveness and implement improvements that align with current nursing standards and best practices. Maintaining clear and effective communication, along with strong organizational practices, will support both student success and the smooth operation of the educational program.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and have at least two years of clinical nursing experience. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a closely related field is required to ensure a solid foundation in nursing principles and practices. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with students, faculty, and clinical partners. Additionally, excellent organizational abilities are necessary to manage curriculum development, student mentorship, and coordination of clinical activities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
