Job Summary
EduMigrate Solution, a leading education and immigration consultancy, is seeking a motivated and experienced female Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ proven experience in the education and immigration consultancy sector, demonstrating strong communication skills and a professional approach. This role requires a results-oriented mindset to effectively engage prospective clients, provide expert advice on study abroad and immigration options, and drive successful client conversions that contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing client inquiries related to study abroad and immigration programs. This includes promoting EduMigrate’s consultancy services through various channels such as face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communications. A key focus will be converting leads into confirmed enrollments and visa applications by conducting initial counseling sessions, assessing client eligibility, and recommending suitable programs and countries based on individual client profiles.

Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely follow-ups with clients. The role also requires active participation in training sessions to stay updated on the latest immigration policies and industry trends. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently is a critical aspect of this position.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least two years of experience working in the education and immigration consultancy industry, with a proven track record of sales success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong sales and negotiation abilities. The ideal candidate will present a professional appearance, maintain a positive and confident attitude, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, email correspondence, and CRM tools is preferred to manage client interactions efficiently. While not mandatory, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous and will be considered favorably.

EduMigrate Solution offers an attractive compensation package that includes a competitive basic salary starting at Rs40,000 per month, complemented by performance-based commissions. The position is full-time and requires in-person attendance, with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
