Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated full-time professional to manage accounting and financial applications within our ERP system, ensuring alignment with diverse business needs. This role plays a critical part in bridging communication between the company, customers, and the development team, facilitating a smooth exchange of information regarding business and financial software functionalities throughout the software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively operating ERP and accounting software, supporting both daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute accounting and financial processes using ERP software, customized to meet various business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and software developers to clarify and communicate software functionalities related to business and finance during all stages of the development cycle.
- Operate and manage ERP and accounting software systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial data handling.
- Deliver comprehensive training on ERP usage, guiding users from initial implementation through to full adoption and ongoing support.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) that clearly outline software needs to support development and implementation efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from a recognized university or institution.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proven ability to provide end-to-end ERP training to users with varying levels of expertise.
- Skilled in drafting clear, concise, and comprehensive Business Requirement Specifications to facilitate software development.
