Job Summary
RF Tech is looking for a motivated and dynamic Design Sales Resource to join our growing sales team. Based in Gulshan Block - 10 A, Karachi, the position operates on a shift schedule from 6 PM to 3 AM. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and uncovering new business opportunities within the design industry. You will prepare and present persuasive pitches, presentations, and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. Additionally, effective use of CRM tools will be required to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate client records. Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A solid background of 1-3 years in sales, marketing, or business development is required, preferably within design-related industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking software is expected to ensure efficient lead management and reporting. The role demands a proactive, customer-focused approach, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
