As we continue to expand, we are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounting Manager to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role is critical in supporting our global growth and ensuring operational excellence across all financial functions.

Key Responsibilities
The Accounting Manager will oversee accounting, tax, and legal compliance for Outreach’s international subsidiaries, ensuring all activities adhere to relevant regulatory standards. You will manage timely and accurate bookkeeping and transaction processing on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, maintaining clean and compliant financial records.

You will supervise the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits for both domestic and international entities, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Maintaining account hygiene and a clean balance sheet will be a continuous priority.

This role involves coordinating statutory, internal, and tax audits, building and maintaining strong professional relationships with auditors. You will collaborate closely with various teams during account closing, reporting, and internal audit activities to ensure seamless financial operations.

Reviewing statutory payments such as TDS, GST, payroll accounting, and related filings is essential to ensure compliance with applicable laws. You will also recommend and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function.

Effective communication and follow-up with internal stakeholders are vital to foster cooperative working relationships. You will lead the implementation of company-wide internal controls across all business units and locations, partnering with cross-functional teams to review and optimize processes.

Additionally, you will continuously improve management reporting to support organizational growth, delivering valuable insights and actionable information to senior management. Developing and enforcing financial policies and procedures, incorporating best practices in accounting guidance and internal controls, will be part of your responsibilities.

Supporting senior management with ad-hoc projects as needed will also be required, providing flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must be Chartered Accountants with 6 to 10 years of experience encompassing financial closure, accounts payable, general ledger, financial reporting, audit, and tax functions. Proven expertise in consolidating multinational subsidiaries is essential.

A strong foundation in accounting principles to support current operations and future scaling is required, along with exposure to multinational operations and consolidation processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities, are necessary to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint are expected. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with experience in defining and mapping processes focused on continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess high professional and moral integrity, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A deep understanding of finance functions, operating models, organizational structures, and process best practices is critical.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
