Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Taxi Controller (Customer Service Representative) to manage inbound calls from UK customers looking to book or modify taxi reservations. This role requires handling airport transfers, processing payments over the phone, escalating complaints appropriately, and resolving driver-related queries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent listening skills and consistently adhere to our quality standards, particularly the "7 Points of Output," to ensure every customer interaction meets our high service benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
You will be the primary point of contact for UK-based customers, answering inbound calls in fluent English with a British accent. Your duties include managing taxi bookings by taking detailed orders for specific vehicle types based on customer needs. Providing accurate and timely quotations is essential, as is amending or canceling existing bookings upon request.

Monitoring flight details to coordinate punctual pickups and drop-offs is a critical part of the role. You will maintain close communication with the UK office, including supervisors and shift in-charges, to ensure seamless operations. Throughout all interactions, maintaining a consistently high level of customer service is paramount.

Handling customer complaints and feedback professionally is expected, with escalation to the Team Leader when necessary. You will also act as a liaison between customers and drivers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant ride experience. Accuracy in pickup and drop-off locations is vital to uphold our quality standards.

Adhering to the "7 Points of Output" guidelines—covered during training—is mandatory to maintain service excellence and meet company expectations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably handling inbound calls. A strong command of English, with a mandatory British accent, is essential for this role. The ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining close attention to detail is also required to succeed in this fast-paced position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with taxi dispatch software such as Ghost and ICabbi will be highly advantageous. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000.
