Senior IT Officer

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, CCTV security systems, and network infrastructure. This role demands a proactive professional who can efficiently troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the seamless operation of all IT equipment and systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Technical Support:
You will install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other hardware devices essential to daily operations. Promptly diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems to minimize downtime is critical. Additionally, maintaining an accurate IT inventory and ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally will be part of your duties.

CCTV & Security Systems:
You will handle the installation and configuration of CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to guarantee comprehensive coverage across the premises. Regular monitoring of these systems is required to verify proper recording and overall performance. Routine maintenance, backups, and upgrades of CCTV systems must be performed to uphold their reliability. You will also be responsible for retrieving and providing CCTV footage when requested for security or investigative purposes.

Networking:
Supporting the setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks to facilitate organizational connectivity is essential. You will monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot any issues to ensure stable and uninterrupted network access. Maintaining network security by managing firewalls, antivirus software, and other protective measures will also be part of your responsibilities.

IT Support & Documentation:
Providing timely technical support to staff for various IT-related issues is a key function of this role. You will maintain detailed logs of support requests and their resolutions to identify and track recurring problems. Additionally, documenting IT procedures and keeping system records up to date will support efficient and consistent IT operations.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and CCTV system management.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and best practices.

- Salary Range: Rs70,000.00 to Rs100,000.00 per month
- Work Location: On-site (in person)
