Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director in managing daily operations efficiently. This pivotal role demands a proactive professional who can navigate a dynamic work environment while ensuring smooth organizational functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting in-depth research, and assisting with budgeting and financial management. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring availability for night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Director with daily operational tasks to maintain seamless workflow and organizational efficiency. This includes managing communications professionally and effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and issues are resolved with high-quality customer service. The role also involves conducting detailed research to aid in decision-making processes and project development, providing valuable insights to support the Director’s initiatives. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and contribute to financial reporting to help maintain fiscal discipline within the organization.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed O/A Levels as a minimum educational requirement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—is essential to perform daily tasks efficiently. Strong analytical skills are necessary to conduct comprehensive research and interpret data effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact professionally with stakeholders and prepare clear, concise documentation. Prior experience in budgeting and financial assistance is also mandatory, ensuring the candidate can competently support financial management activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs110,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skills.
