Wellness Ambassador

Job Summary
Nutrifactor is looking for a motivated and professional Wellness Ambassador to join our team in Lahore. This role is perfectly suited for individuals holding a Pharm-D or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Whether you are a recent graduate or have some relevant experience, we encourage you to apply. As a Wellness Ambassador, you will be instrumental in promoting Nutrifactor’s products and educating the community about their health benefits through various outreach and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
The Wellness Ambassador will be responsible for conducting and leading station seminars designed to inform the public about Nutrifactor’s product range and their health advantages. You will organize and manage product promotion workshops aimed at increasing both awareness and sales. Additionally, you will implement medical camping plans at targeted locations to extend the reach of our health initiatives.

A critical part of your role will involve executing market push strategies for specific products to boost market penetration. You will work closely with the Head Office Marketing team to ensure the successful implementation of sales and marketing plans. Supporting seasonal promotions, including campaigns aligned with World Health Days, will also be part of your duties.

Your insights from market feedback will contribute to marketing planning, helping to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts. Conducting awareness camps to enhance public understanding of Nutrifactor’s products and their role in health and wellness will be another key responsibility.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Pharm-D or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though preference will be given to those with relevant experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as the role requires confident public speaking and effective engagement with diverse audiences.

Fluency in English is required to communicate clearly with both the marketing team and the public. Excellent organizational and project management skills are necessary to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and ensure the smooth execution of various initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications and Work Location
Familiarity with key areas such as Multan Road, Bahria Town, Shadbagh, and DHA will be considered an advantage, as these locations are central to many of our community engagement efforts. This is a full-time position that requires mobility and flexibility, as the Wellness Ambassador will primarily work on the road to connect with different communities and conduct outreach activities.
