Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented accounting professional to manage the full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting activities within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing ledger management, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, strengthening internal controls, and coordinating audit processes. This role demands close collaboration with various departments and senior leadership to maintain accurate financial records and support informed strategic decisions. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Accounting & Financial Reporting:
You will handle all aspects of ledger management, including preparing journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, conducting bank reconciliations, and managing month-end closing procedures. Additionally, you will prepare and present detailed profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to assist leadership in financial review and planning.
Tax Compliance & IRIS Administration:
Ensure the timely and accurate filing of Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax returns through the IRIS portal. You will be responsible for resolving any discrepancies related to IRIS entries and will act as the primary liaison during audits and inquiries from regulatory authorities such as the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
Internal Controls & Risk Management:
Develop, implement, and monitor accounting controls that align with industry best practices. You will oversee financial transactions to ensure full compliance with company policies and promptly address any irregularities or discrepancies to mitigate risks.
Audit Preparation & Coordination:
Prepare all necessary documentation and provide support for both internal and external audits to ensure the organization’s readiness. You will serve as the main point of contact for tax and finance-related matters during inspections and audit processes.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to maintain accuracy and high-quality work standards. Collaborate effectively with procurement, sales, and production teams to streamline financial workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- CA Inter, ACMA, M.Com, or an equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the textile or manufacturing industries.
- Strong expertise in Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, IRIS filings, and comprehensive financial documentation.

Additional Information
This role requires full-time, on-site commitment. The monthly salary ranges from Rs110,000 to Rs125,000, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
