Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our company and our customers, handling inquiries and providing comprehensive information about our products and services. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with account-related issues, offering light technical support, and engaging in sales activities by delivering persuasive pitches to both potential and existing clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating clearly, and contributing to customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, ensuring they receive detailed and relevant information about our products and services.
- Assist customers in resolving account-related concerns efficiently, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout each interaction.
- Provide light technical support to help customers understand product features or troubleshoot minor technical issues, enhancing their overall experience.
- Conduct sales activities by delivering compelling sales pitches aimed at promoting our company’s offerings and generating new business opportunities.
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude to foster a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships with clients.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (B.Com) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- A strong customer-oriented mindset paired with solid problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Basic technical aptitude to provide light technical support and assist customers with product-related questions.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position offering a competitive starting salary of Rs 37,000 per month.
