Job Summary
The HR & Admin Assistant is a vital member of the human resources team, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal standards. This role demands a candidate with prior experience in HR and administration, capable of managing employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, and coordinating compliance audits and reporting. The ideal individual will demonstrate strong attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring all documentation is properly organized and accessible.
- Provide administrative support to various HR functions and daily operational activities, facilitating smooth workflow within the department.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws as well as internal company policies, helping to mitigate risks related to non-compliance.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes by verifying candidate credentials, conducting background checks, and coordinating new hire documentation.
- Help coordinate and organize training programs focused on compliance, workplace safety, and HR best practices to promote a knowledgeable and safe work environment.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems, ensuring that all records are securely stored and easily retrievable.
- Handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism, safeguarding privacy at all times.
- Prepare and compile reports required for audits, inspections, and internal reviews, contributing to transparency and accountability within the HR function.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, demonstrating familiarity with core HR processes and office administration.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced work environment, maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with 3 years of experience in building management or a related sector will be given preference, as this background complements the administrative and compliance aspects of the role.
- This is a full-time position based in Lahore, offering a competitive monthly salary package ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
- The employment contract is for a duration of 12 months, providing an opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a structured timeframe.
