Job Summary
RTS Global Services, a dynamic IT consulting firm serving North America, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead daily sales operations for its expanding startup. This role presents a unique opportunity to drive the company’s growth by managing sales activities and building a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be dependable, honest, and highly motivated to grow alongside the organization as it scales across multiple regions, including Pakistan, UAE, UK, Australia, and North America.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will oversee all sales operations and develop a strong sales team to support the company’s expansion. A critical part of the role involves identifying and securing new clients interested in RTS Global Services’ IT consulting offerings across international markets. The candidate will also be responsible for enhancing the company’s brand presence among potential business clients.
Building and managing a professional LinkedIn profile from scratch is essential, along with actively pitching clients on platforms such as Upwork. The role requires conducting meetings with offshore clients, skillfully closing deals, and converting prospects into long-term RTS Global Services clients.
Strong communication skills are necessary to compose high-quality, professional emails. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required to support daily sales activities. Additionally, having knowledge of eCommerce to aid sales strategies is considered a valuable plus.
Candidates must bring at least one year of experience in acquiring international clients, demonstrating an ability to navigate diverse markets and client needs effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in sales, specifically involving international clients.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with daily commuting to the office location in Islamabad.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, experience or familiarity with eCommerce platforms and sales strategies is advantageous and will support the candidate’s success in this role.
This is a full-time position based at Masood Arcade, Main IJP Road, Islamabad, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The salary range for this role is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, reflecting the candidate’s experience and capabilities.
