Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Finance and Audit Associate to join our team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role is essential for ensuring the accuracy of vendor financial records and supporting audit processes. Key Responsibilities
The Finance and Audit Associate will be responsible for verifying and reconciling vendor financial records to guarantee their accuracy. This involves carefully reviewing vendor reconciliations and identifying any discrepancies that may arise during the process. The candidate will be expected to promptly resolve these inconsistencies to maintain the integrity of financial data.

Maintaining precise and current documentation related to all financial transactions is a critical part of the role. This ensures that records are readily available and compliant with internal and external audit requirements. Additionally, the associate will provide essential support during audit activities, helping to facilitate smooth and efficient audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, as it will be heavily used for data analysis and reconciliation tasks. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal teams, while excellent organizational abilities will help manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

A minimum of one year of experience in auditing is required, ensuring that the candidate has a foundational understanding of audit procedures and financial controls.
