Job Summary
Aberrant Digital Services, a fast-growing provider of digital solutions across multiple industries, is looking for a competent Accountant to join our remote team. This role is critical in managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining precise bookkeeping, and ensuring full compliance with tax regulations. The successful candidate will be detail-focused, self-motivated, and adept at using online accounting tools to help maintain the company’s financial integrity and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and organizing comprehensive financial records, ledgers, and reports to guarantee accuracy and completeness. This includes performing essential bookkeeping tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as conducting regular bank reconciliations.

You will utilize online CRM and accounting software platforms like QuickBooks, Zoho, or Xero to efficiently track and manage financial data. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes will also be part of your duties, helping the company with financial planning and analysis.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and filing requirements is a key aspect of this role. You will coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate smooth financial operations and audits, maintaining transparency and regulatory adherence.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping is essential.

Proficiency with online CRM or accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or Xero is required to manage financial data effectively. A strong understanding of Pakistani tax laws and their practical application is necessary to ensure compliance.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping are critical, as is the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and financial reporting is highly desirable. Experience with international accounting practices will be considered an advantage.

Previous remote work experience is preferred, as this role operates fully remotely with flexible hours.
