Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist in planning and executing internal audits across multiple departments and functions. This includes reviewing internal controls, processes, and procedures to ensure they align with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will be expected to identify potential risks and suggest improvements that enhance operational efficiency and control measures. Preparing audit working papers and drafting detailed audit reports will be a core part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the follow-up process on audit observations to verify that corrective actions are implemented effectively. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation related to audit activities is essential. You will also contribute to the writing and presentation of audit findings to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Applicants should be fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of relevant internship or training experience in auditing or related fields. Strong analytical skills are crucial, enabling you to assess processes critically and identify risks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for clear reporting and effective collaboration with team members and other departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required to support data analysis and the preparation of presentations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates who reside near the work location to facilitate regular in-person attendance. This is a full-time internship or fresher position with a contract duration of three months. The monthly remuneration for this role is Rs 30,000.
