We are currently seeking a motivated and goal-driven professional to join our team as a Lead Generation Executive. This role involves initiating contact with potential customers, nurturing leads, and supporting our sales efforts to expand Healthwire’s impact across the country.

Key Responsibilities
The Lead Generation Executive will play a crucial role in driving Healthwire’s growth by proactively reaching out to prospective customers. You will initiate outbound calls using provided data or leads, as well as identify and generate new leads through various channels such as calls, online platforms, and referrals. Clear and confident communication is essential, as you will be responsible for explaining Healthwire’s products and services to prospects in a compelling manner. Handling customer inquiries and overcoming objections effectively will be part of your daily tasks.

Regular follow-ups with interested leads are critical to nurturing relationships and moving prospects through the sales funnel. Accurate documentation of all calls and customer interactions within the system is required to maintain up-to-date records. Collaboration with the sales team is key to converting leads into paying customers. Meeting daily and weekly targets related to calls made and leads generated will be a consistent expectation in this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally over the phone. Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales-related roles is preferred, as it will help you navigate customer interactions more effectively. Basic computer literacy is necessary, including familiarity with CRM or data management systems to accurately track leads and customer responses. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment. A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on consistently meeting or exceeding targets is essential for success in this position.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of Rs35,000.
