Job Summary
Ranker Technologies is looking for a skilled Local SEO Expert with a minimum of two years’ experience to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in boosting our clients’ local search visibility by optimizing local listings, managing citations, and enhancing local search rankings. This position demands strong execution capabilities and a thorough understanding of local SEO strategies to deliver tangible, measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
The Local SEO Expert will be responsible for optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP) and other local listings to maximize local search presence. This includes conducting detailed local keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities. Managing local citations and ensuring consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) information across various platforms is essential to maintain accuracy and authority.

Additionally, the role involves improving on-page and technical SEO elements specifically tailored for local search optimization. The candidate will also generate and manage local backlinks to enhance domain authority and local relevance. Monitoring rankings and overall performance through various SEO tools is critical to track progress and refine strategies as needed.

Collaboration is key in this role, requiring close coordination with content and development teams to ensure SEO efforts align with broader marketing objectives and deliver cohesive results.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least two years of hands-on experience in local SEO. Proven expertise in optimizing Google Business Profiles and managing local listings effectively is mandatory. Strong skills in local keyword research, competitor analysis, and citation management are essential to succeed in this role.

A solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices tailored for local search is required. Experience in backlink generation and local link-building strategies is also necessary to strengthen local search authority. Proficiency in SEO tools for tracking rankings and analyzing performance data is expected.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams are vital to ensure seamless integration of SEO strategies with other marketing efforts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in an onsite environment. This position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, with office hours from Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM.
