Job Summary
Our client, a well-established and reputable Estate Agency, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about property and committed to delivering outstanding customer service to both landlords and tenants. The successful candidate will be instrumental in matching applicants with suitable rental properties across the UK, negotiating offers, and fostering strong relationships within the lettings market. Key Responsibilities
The Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for registering new applicants, understanding their specific requirements, and matching them to appropriate rental properties throughout the UK. You will arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, ensuring a professional and engaging experience. Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants to secure successful lettings is a critical part of the role.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants is essential, providing regular feedback and expert advice to ensure satisfaction on both sides. You will liaise with referencing companies and assist applicants through the tenancy application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

Compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and company policies is mandatory. Additionally, you will proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, and referrals to support the agency’s growth. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using the CRM system is also required.

Achieving and exceeding individual and branch targets, including lettings, valuations, and new instructions, will be a key measure of success in this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in residential lettings. Strong negotiation and sales skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the capability to work independently is required.

Professional presentation and communication skills are necessary to represent the agency effectively. Proficiency in English is preferred to ensure clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
