Golpik is looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, and Clutch. Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective clients is essential to support ongoing sales efforts. The role requires developing strong, lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to tailor services that meet the specific needs of clients. The specialist will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets is a key performance metric for this position.
Additionally, the candidate will track, analyze, and report on business development activities and market trends to provide insights that inform strategic decisions. This continuous feedback loop will help refine sales approaches and identify emerging opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales is required, preferably within the IT or software industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proven ability to close deals successfully.
A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is critical. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems is necessary to manage client relationships and sales pipelines efficiently. Job Details
This is a full-time position based on-site, with internship opportunities also available. The compensation package ranges from Rs 80,000 to Rs 90,000 per month, reflecting the candidate’s experience and performance.
