Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor/Head to oversee and manage multiple store locations efficiently. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at increasing customer traffic, boosting profitability, and ensuring seamless store operations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective store strategies to expand the customer base, increase foot traffic, and maximize profitability across multiple locations.
- Oversee all aspects of store administration, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage store budgets meticulously and maintain accurate financial records to support operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly, place timely orders for stock replenishment, and ensure optimal inventory management.
- Efficiently manage multiple stores within the same location, ensuring smooth coordination and operational consistency.
- Enforce compliance with store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal processes to maintain quality and service standards.
- Create compelling and persuasive content for marketing materials to support promotional campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff, managing manpower effectively to achieve operational targets and maintain high team performance.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to inform strategic decisions and adjust store operations accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized institution or equivalent qualification.
- 6 to 10 years of proven experience in a supervisory or head role within store management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP Business One (SAP B1) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong multitasking abilities, effective time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of store operations and the ability to enforce compliance with SOPs consistently.
- Responsible, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
