Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and analytical Research Analysts to join our Research & Development (R&D) team. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive research, evaluating emerging trends, and generating strategic insights that drive innovation and support business growth. This role involves managing multiple research projects across diverse domains, utilizing data-driven methodologies, competitive analysis, and technology exploration to enable informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Conducting in-depth research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics will be a core responsibility. You will analyze data from a variety of sources to provide actionable insights that fuel R&D initiatives. Identifying innovation opportunities and assessing their feasibility across different sectors is essential to this role. You will benchmark and evaluate competitors’ strategies, products, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
In addition, you will assist in developing research methodologies and frameworks tailored to specific projects, ensuring robust data collection and analysis. Preparing detailed reports and presentations to support business strategies is critical, as is collaborating with cross-functional teams to align research findings with project objectives. Staying abreast of advancements in technology and evolving business models relevant to ongoing research will be necessary to maintain relevance and accuracy.
Your role will also involve engaging in both qualitative and quantitative research methods to evaluate new business opportunities. Efficiently managing and organizing multiple research projects to ensure timely delivery of insights will be expected, requiring strong project management skills.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of two years’ experience in marketing, research analytics, or a similar role is required. You should demonstrate strong expertise in data collection, statistical analysis, and research methodologies.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize research tasks effectively is essential. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills are a must. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in report writing and delivering presentations, are required to clearly convey research findings and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of AI-driven research tools will be considered a significant advantage. Familiarity with innovation strategies and current technology trends is highly desirable. Experience in market intelligence, consumer insights, and trend forecasting will further strengthen your candidacy.
The ability to conduct scenario planning and predictive modeling to support business growth is also preferred. This full-time position offers a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 and requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
