Call Center Representative

Job Summary
IAQ, a rapidly growing international BPO company specializing in customer support and lead generation, is seeking motivated individuals to join its expanding team for a Dubai-based driving license campaign. This full-time opportunity is based in our Lahore office located in Gulberg and requires working night shifts aligned with the UAE time zone. The role offers a competitive starting salary of PKR 25,000 per month plus attractive incentives. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role involves conducting outbound calls to potential clients residing in the UAE. You will be expected to provide clear and accurate guidance to prospects regarding the Dubai driving license application process. This includes explaining eligibility criteria, required documentation, and the various service packages available to clients. Maintaining precise and up-to-date records within the CRM system is essential to ensure smooth workflow and client tracking. Additionally, you will be responsible for consistently achieving daily and monthly targets related to lead generation and conversion, contributing directly to the campaign’s success.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed at least an Intermediate level of education. Proficiency in spoken English is essential to communicate effectively with clients. While knowledge of Arabic is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Strong communication skills and confidence in persuasion are critical to succeed in this role. Prior experience in call center or telesales environments will be considered a plus, as it demonstrates familiarity with outbound calling and client engagement. Candidates must also be willing and able to work night shifts in accordance with UAE time to meet operational requirements.
