Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office. This full-time, in-house role is ideal for a design professional with a strong background in UI/UX web template design and a diverse portfolio showcasing high-quality work. The primary focus will be on crafting engaging web templates, while also contributing to core branding projects such as logos, flyers, social media templates, and presentations. The position requires working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, offering a unique schedule for candidates comfortable with evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a wide range of graphic designs and layouts, including product illustrations, company logos, website templates, and various branding materials.
- Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to develop visually compelling and effective graphics.
- Support the company’s branding efforts by designing presentations, book covers, marketing collateral, and other promotional materials.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all projects align with and maintain a consistent brand identity across different platforms and media.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business branding, presentation design, and book cover layouts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A strong portfolio that highlights expertise in UI/UX web template design along with other graphic design work.
- Mid-level experience preferred, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver projects on schedule.

Compensation and Application Details
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs45,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.
