Sale Analyst - Port Qasim

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong expertise in data management tools such as Excel and Power BI, combined with a solid understanding of sales processes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in monitoring sales performance, supporting the sales team, and ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory management. This role is key to driving business growth by providing actionable insights and maintaining alignment between sales activities and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily reports and dashboards covering both primary and secondary sales to offer clear visibility into sales activities. These reports will serve as the foundation for tracking performance and identifying trends. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) closely, maintaining a primary versus secondary sales KPI tracker to evaluate sales effectiveness and pinpoint areas requiring improvement.

Supporting the sales team is a critical aspect of this role. You will follow up on orders to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded, providing timely assistance as needed. Evaluating distributor performance against predefined sales targets and KPIs will help maintain alignment with business goals and optimize channel effectiveness.

Inventory management is another important responsibility. You will monitor stock levels at distribution points, identifying potential stockouts or overstock situations to ensure optimal inventory allocation. Accurate sales forecasting will be developed and maintained to support demand planning and stock management efforts.

Additionally, you will prepare summaries of sales team incentives based on KPI achievements, helping to motivate and reward high performance. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is essential to develop strategies that enhance sales effectiveness and align with overall business objectives. You will also prepare ad hoc reports as requested by management to support informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales analysis, reporting, or a related field. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret complex sales data and translate it into actionable insights. Proficiency in data management and visualization tools, particularly Excel and Power BI, is required.

A good understanding of sales processes and distributor management is necessary to effectively support the sales team and evaluate channel performance. The role demands strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially when managing reports, forecasts, and incentive summaries. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, is also important.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Qasim. The compensation package offers up to Rs100,000 per month.
