Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and driven Front Sales professional to join our e-commerce unit based in Karachi. This full-time role operates during the night shift and is ideal for a motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in front-line sales within the e-commerce sector and demonstrate a consistent ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to engage directly with customers to drive sales, aiming to achieve a monthly sales target of $10,000. The candidate will leverage strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into successful sales. A thorough understanding of various e-commerce models is essential, including platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart. The role requires delivering compelling communication and presentations to effectively promote products and services. Additionally, the candidate must maintain a results-oriented mindset while efficiently managing the demands of night shift work.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in front-line sales, preferably within the e-commerce industry. A solid knowledge of multiple e-commerce platforms and business models is crucial to succeed in this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to engage customers effectively. Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated history of closing sales are essential.
