Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and guide users effectively. By doing so, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our company’s reputation for outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will professionally manage customer communications across various platforms—phone, email, and live chat. You will listen carefully to customer complaints and concerns, analyze the issues, and identify the most appropriate solutions to resolve product-related problems. Accurate documentation of all customer interactions is essential, along with timely follow-ups to confirm that issues have been fully addressed. Additionally, you will maintain an up-to-date and thorough understanding of our products to provide customers with precise and relevant information at all times.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, which is a mandatory requirement for this position. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage effectively with customers and build rapport. You should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to handle complex inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. The ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is also critical to succeed in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This full-time, on-site position is based at 63-Z Phase 3, DHA Lahore, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs45,000. In addition to the base salary, performance-based bonuses are provided as a reward for your contributions and dedication.
