Job Summary
Olevels.com School is looking for a dedicated and visionary KG & Primary Coordinator to join our leadership team. This role is perfect for an academic leader who is passionate about nurturing young learners and supporting teachers in their pursuit of excellence. As the KG & Primary Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a joyful, well-organized, and forward-thinking learning environment that fosters both student growth and teacher development. Your leadership will be essential in shaping a positive educational experience for our youngest students.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will coordinate lesson planning, assessments, and the achievement of academic goals across the KG and primary levels. You will provide coaching and ongoing support to teachers, helping to enhance instructional quality and increase classroom engagement. Establishing and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for young learners will be a top priority.

You will also promote strong collaboration and clear communication between teachers and parents to support each student’s development. Effective team management is crucial, as you will oversee curriculum implementation and monitor student progress to ensure academic standards are met and exceeded.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree or higher, reflecting a strong educational foundation. A minimum of three years of relevant leadership experience in an academic setting is essential to succeed in this position.

Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are required to effectively engage with teachers, parents, and students. Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches and confidence in managing academic teams and curriculum are also necessary to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position based at our campus on Dalmia Road, Karachi. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000, reflecting the importance of this leadership position within our school community.
