Job Summary
Trojan Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Lead Qualifier (Customer Support Officer, chat-based) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the first point of contact within our sales pipeline, tasked with identifying, assessing, and engaging potential clients. Your main objective will be to convert leads efficiently by delivering clear, professional written communication and providing timely responses. This ensures a smooth and positive experience for prospective customers, setting the stage for successful sales interactions.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for qualifying incoming leads based on predefined criteria to ensure that only high-quality prospects move forward in the sales process. Communication with potential clients will primarily occur through email, chat, and various social media platforms, requiring you to compose well-structured and professional responses with an excellent command of English writing. Maintaining and updating lead records accurately and consistently is essential to keep the sales team informed and organized. Collaboration with the Sales team is crucial to ensure a seamless hand-off of warm leads, facilitating efficient follow-up and conversion. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere strictly to internal guidelines regarding response times and communication standards to maintain the company’s reputation for professionalism and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess at least an intermediate education level, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Exceptional English writing and comprehension skills are critical for success in this role, as effective written communication is the primary mode of interaction with leads. A strong attention to detail is necessary to accurately assess and qualify leads, while the ability to think quickly and adapt in dynamic situations will help manage the fast-paced nature of the role.
