Job Summary
Magnatec Systems Private Limited is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join its Human Resources team for a three-month on-site internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in essential HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and record management within a fast-paced corporate environment. The internship is full-time, running from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and includes a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000. Reporting directly to the HR Manager or HR Executive, the intern will actively support various administrative and HR activities, providing valuable exposure to HR operations and company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize HR records, employee databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with the onboarding process by collecting necessary documents from new hires and coordinating induction sessions to ensure a smooth transition.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere.
- Help prepare HR reports and presentations to aid communication and decision-making within the HR department.
- Draft professional emails, HR documents, letters, and internal communications to support various HR programs and initiatives.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave applications, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required, contributing to the efficient functioning of the department.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to assist with documentation and reporting.
- A positive mindset with eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute proactively within a team environment.
