Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the company operates securely and efficiently by managing a range of administrative and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing and reviewing operational reports, supporting managers with annual budget compilation, and maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures. This position also involves hiring and training administrative staff, delegating tasks, and overseeing personnel records. Additionally, the role requires monitoring staffing needs, managing department budgets, and maintaining all relevant databases to support smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s operations are conducted securely and effectively, maintaining high standards of administrative and HR management.
- Prepare and review detailed operational reports to support decision-making and organizational transparency.
- Lead and actively participate in meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
- Assist managers in compiling comprehensive annual budget information and related reports to support financial planning.
- Maintain and regularly update all policies and procedures manuals, ensuring compliance and clarity for all staff.
- Recruit, hire, and train administrative personnel, fostering a skilled and motivated team.
- Delegate tasks efficiently to administrative assistants, ensuring workload balance and timely completion of duties.
- Create and maintain personnel folders for new hires, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.
- Monitor current staffing levels and project future needs to align with organizational growth and operational demands.
- Oversee the planning and development of the department’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Manage and maintain all department databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for authorized users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in roles such as HR Executive, HR Analyst, or similar human resources positions.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Management software, particularly Jobsite, to streamline HR processes.
- Strong understanding of the full HR cycle, from recruitment to employee relations and compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Federal and Provincial Labour laws to ensure legal adherence.
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, critical environment.
- Exceptional active listening skills to understand and address employee and management needs.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and motivate administrative teams.
- Effective conflict resolution skills to manage workplace challenges constructively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team setting.

- This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sundays off.
- The salary range for this role is Rs30,000.00 to Rs40,000.00 per month.
