Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the shipping and logistics sector. This full-time position is based at Shaheen Complex, Saddar, Pakistan, and is specifically open to female candidates. The ideal applicant will hold at least a Master’s degree and possess strong English communication skills. The role focuses on engaging with clients, driving sales growth, and supporting business development initiatives within the shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong client relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention. You will implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our shipping and logistics services, ensuring the company’s offerings reach the right audience. Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to expanding the company’s market footprint will be a critical part of your role.

Handling client inquiries promptly and providing accurate information to facilitate informed decision-making is essential. You will work closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery and comprehensive client support. Additionally, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations will be a key responsibility.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to professionally manage client relationships and foster trust.

Applicants should demonstrate proven ability to communicate clearly and negotiate successfully with clients. Experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing roles ranging from 2 months up to 2 years is necessary. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the shipping, logistics, or related industries.
