A well-established market services company based in Pakistan, specializing in design and display solutions, is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join their team onsite in Korangi, Karachi. Key Responsibilities
The HR Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s human resource operations. This includes assisting with recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new hires. Managing employee relations is a critical aspect of the role, requiring the officer to address workplace concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Compensation and benefits administration will also fall under the HR Officer’s purview, ensuring all processes comply with applicable laws and company policies. The role involves identifying training needs and organizing relevant programs to foster employee development and career growth. Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regularly updating company policies is essential to safeguard the organization and its workforce.
Performance management is another key responsibility, encompassing activities like conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback to employees. The HR Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts and performance evaluations. Additionally, the role requires handling HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and benefits claims efficiently.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a human resources role, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR functions. A thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations is required to ensure compliance and effective policy management.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is critical. Candidates must also possess effective problem-solving skills and be capable of working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This position is based onsite in Korangi, Karachi, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The monthly salary offered is PKR 60,000, accompanied by medical benefits and annual salary increments.
