Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Firefighter to join our team as a first responder. This full-time, 12-month contract position involves preventing, controlling, and extinguishing fires, as well as responding to a wide range of emergency situations to safeguard lives and property. The role demands the ability to perform under pressure, work collaboratively with others, and maintain a high level of readiness. All duties will be performed on-site, requiring hands-on engagement in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities
The Firefighter will be responsible for responding promptly to fire alarms and various emergency calls, ensuring swift and effective action. Operating firefighting equipment competently to extinguish fires is a core duty, alongside conducting search and rescue operations to assist individuals in immediate danger. Fire prevention is also a critical aspect of the role, involving routine inspections and educating the public on fire safety measures. Maintaining firefighting apparatus and equipment to guarantee operational readiness is essential. The Firefighter must work closely with team members and coordinate with other emergency services during incidents. Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience or formal training in firefighting or emergency response.
