Job Summary
Benchmark Junior School G.T Road Campus is looking for a qualified and dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within the school. This pivotal role is focused on nurturing a positive organizational culture by overseeing staff recruitment, development, and retention. The HR Manager will ensure strict compliance with employment laws and school policies while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment for faculty and staff. Working closely with school leadership, teaching personnel, and support teams, the HR Manager will play a key role in maintaining efficient and effective human resource operations.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment and staffing process to attract and retain highly qualified personnel suited to the school’s needs. This includes coordinating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding. Employee relations will be a critical focus, with the HR Manager promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture that encourages open communication and teamwork.

Performance management is another essential responsibility, involving the administration of staff evaluations and the implementation of professional development programs to support continuous growth and excellence. The HR Manager will ensure that all HR activities comply with relevant employment laws and internal school policies, thereby safeguarding the school’s legal and ethical standards.

Accurate record-keeping and documentation of HR processes, staff information, and compliance-related materials will also fall under the HR Manager’s duties. This ensures transparency, accountability, and readiness for audits or inspections.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in human resources management, ideally within an educational environment, to understand the unique challenges and requirements of school staff. A strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is essential to effectively manage compliance and mitigate risks.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required to interact professionally with staff at all levels and to prepare clear reports and documentation. The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently is crucial for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

This is a full-time position based on the school premises, operating during standard school hours. The role may require occasional attendance at after-hours meetings or school events. The monthly salary starts competitively at Rs35,000.00.

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Rawalpindi GPO area or be willing to relocate prior to starting work. The position requires in-person attendance, with an expected start date of June 17, 2025.
