Job Summary
Fairways Logistics is seeking confident and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representatives to join our night shift team at our DHA Phase 6 office in Lahore. This role centers on managing and nurturing customer relationships, understanding client logistics needs, and actively promoting our transportation and freight services to clients primarily based in the US and Canada. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing clients. Your primary goal will be to effectively promote Fairways Logistics’ range of transportation and freight services, ensuring that you fully understand each customer’s specific requirements to provide tailored logistics solutions. Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets is a critical part of this role.

You will also be expected to follow up on leads and prospects through calls and emails, maintaining consistent communication to convert opportunities into sales. Accurate recording and management of customer information in CRM systems is essential to support smooth operations and customer tracking. Collaboration with dispatch and customer service teams is necessary to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction. Throughout all interactions, maintaining professionalism and a customer-first approach is paramount.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles, ideally with exposure to the US and Canadian markets. Strong English communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is confidence in handling phone-based sales conversations and overcoming objections effectively. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools, is required to manage customer data and sales processes efficiently.
