Internet Field Engineer (F.E)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Internet Field Engineer (F.E) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure across various customer sites. Your technical expertise and strong problem-solving abilities will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of network operations. Additionally, maintaining a customer-focused approach is essential to provide excellent service and support during all phases of network deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
As an Internet Field Engineer, you will be expected to carry out a variety of technical tasks including:
- Performing comprehensive network testing and verification to confirm proper functionality and connectivity of network systems.
- Conducting detailed site surveys and working closely with project teams to plan and coordinate network deployments effectively.
- Troubleshooting network issues by diagnosing problems accurately and implementing timely, effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Executing network upgrades, routine maintenance, and firmware updates to ensure systems remain current and secure.
- Installing, configuring, and deploying network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points at customer locations, ensuring all hardware is set up according to specifications and operational standards.

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- Proven experience working as an Internet Field Engineer or Internet Field Technician, with a strong background in implementing and supporting network infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and VPNs.
- Proficiency in using network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to travel to various customer sites as required to perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
- Relevant industry certifications (such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar) are highly desirable and will strengthen your candidacy.

This is a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. The role requires on-site work at customer premises, providing hands-on support and ensuring the highest standards of network performance and customer satisfaction.
