Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in pediatrics and hold the necessary qualifications to deliver exceptional medical care to children. This role requires the Pediatrician to work on-site at our facility, where they will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad spectrum of pediatric health conditions. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs65,000 to Rs100,000.

Key Responsibilities
As a Pediatrician in our team, you will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. Your duties will include diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic pediatric illnesses, closely monitoring the growth and development of young patients, and offering guidance to parents and caregivers on health matters. You will also be responsible for administering vaccinations and implementing preventive healthcare strategies to safeguard children’s well-being.

Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care. Maintaining accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical standards is a critical part of your role. Additionally, you will educate families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices to promote long-term wellness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess an MBBS degree and have completed an MCPS specialization in Pediatrics. A minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in pediatric healthcare is required to ensure readiness for the responsibilities of this role. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong clinical skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality pediatric care.
