Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our Human Resources team at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 18 office. This full-time position plays a crucial role in managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between management and employees, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Please note, this role operates on an evening shift from 4 PM to 1 AM and is open to male candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This includes managing the entire hiring lifecycle—from posting job advertisements and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating job offers. Additionally, you will oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
As a primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, you will promote a healthy work environment and work to enhance employee morale. Organizing employee engagement activities and events will be part of your efforts to strengthen team cohesion and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management:
You will design and administer performance appraisal systems, collaborating closely with department heads to establish clear KPIs and development goals. Providing coaching and constructive feedback will be essential to help employees improve productivity and achieve their potential.
Compliance & Policy Management:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies is a key responsibility. You will maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records, and conduct regular audits of HR practices and procedures to uphold compliance standards.
Training & Development:
Identifying training needs and coordinating learning initiatives will be part of your role. You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and performance improvement efforts to ensure continuous employee development.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
You will work closely with finance and payroll teams to ensure timely salary disbursements. Managing employee benefits, leave records, and attendance tracking systems will also fall under your purview.
HR Strategy & Planning:
Contributing to the strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives is expected. You will provide management with insights and reports on key HR metrics to support informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. You should have 2 to 4 years of experience in HR roles, including at least 1 to 2 years in a managerial capacity. A strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices is essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are required. Proficiency in HR software, including HRIS systems and payroll tools, is expected.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is highly desirable. Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills will be advantageous. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is critical. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs60,000. It is an in-person role requiring attendance during the evening shift.
