Job Summary
Tumarms Technologies is seeking a motivated and skilled Node.js Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable and efficient server-side applications, integrating various APIs, and collaborating closely with front-end developers and other team members to deliver robust software solutions. Key Responsibilities
As a Node.js Developer at Tumarms Technologies, you will develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code is essential to ensure maintainability and ease of future enhancements. You will work hand-in-hand with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements, ensuring a smooth and cohesive user experience.

Optimizing applications for performance, speed, and scalability will be a key focus, as well as managing and interacting with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. You will be expected to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain system stability and reliability.

Active participation in code reviews and team meetings is crucial to uphold code quality standards and foster knowledge sharing within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and efficiency of the software products we deliver.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of practical experience working with Node.js. A strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and RESTful API development is essential. Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks is required to effectively build and maintain backend services.

Familiarity with database management and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools is important for efficient data handling. Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git, is expected to support collaborative development workflows.

While not mandatory, a basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular will be advantageous, enabling better collaboration with front-end teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail are critical to succeed in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable, as it will enable you to contribute to cloud-based deployments and infrastructure management. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker will also be considered a strong asset.

This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs90,000. The work location is flexible and described as "On the road," which suggests the possibility of remote or field-based work arrangements.
