3D Art Designer Intern

Job Summary
Elytra Studios is seeking a motivated 3D Art Designer Intern for a full-time, on-site internship at their Lahore office. This six-month internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a solid foundation in 3D modeling and texturing to enhance their practical skills in a dynamic, creative, and collaborative environment. The intern will work closely with the visual design team to create high-quality 3D assets for games, animations, and videos, gaining valuable industry experience while contributing to live projects. The role requires a commitment to working from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a monthly stipend ranging between PKR 15,000 and 20,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and polished 3D assets, including models and environments, specifically designed for use in games, animations, and video content.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to accurately translate creative concepts into visually engaging 3D outputs.
- Optimize 3D models to achieve a balance between performance efficiency and visual quality.
- Apply textures, lighting, and rendering techniques to ensure visual consistency and high standards across all projects.
- Follow project guidelines rigorously and consistently meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Basic knowledge of texturing, UV mapping, and lighting principles essential for 3D asset creation.
- Strong visual aesthetic sense paired with keen attention to detail.
- Openness to constructive feedback and the ability to revise work accordingly.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at Elytra Studios’ Lahore location.
