Job Summary
J.Sons Communications is a US campaign-focused call center operating exclusively during night shifts. We are currently looking for motivated individuals with strong English communication skills to join our team. While prior experience, especially in Final Expense sales, is preferred, candidates with the right skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply. This position is ideal for individuals residing in Islamabad or Rawalpindi who can commit to night shift work. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary plus daily, weekly, and monthly cash incentives. Successful agents have the potential to earn up to PKR 136,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls related to US-based campaigns during night hours.
- Communicate effectively with customers to promote and sell Final Expense insurance products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service while building strong rapport with clients.
- Collaborate closely with team members and management to enhance processes and improve overall results.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently and reliably.
- Must be located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to work from the office.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
