Territory Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented outdoor sales professional with 1-2 years of proven experience in hardcore outdoor sales. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset for lead generation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and cultivate new buyers by maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover selling possibilities and assess customer needs effectively.
- Negotiate deals skillfully while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
- Build, sustain, and strengthen solid working relationships with customers, dealers, and relevant business units.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales volume, market share goals, and track progress toward sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in hardcore outdoor sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential for client engagement and deal closure.
- Self-driven and highly motivated to meet and exceed sales objectives independently.
