Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor with a strong background in leading real estate organizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with prominent real estate brands and demonstrate the ability to generate leads, close sales, and cultivate long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads and successfully close property sales, ensuring a steady sales pipeline.
- Attend to walk-in clients promptly, providing professional and efficient follow-up to convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored real estate solutions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.
- Guide and support buyers and investors throughout the entire sales process, offering expert advice and assistance.
- Actively participate in sales events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote properties and expand the client base.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Experience working with well-known real estate brands such as Zameen.com, Graana, Sky Marketing, Athar’s Marketing Network, Lion HDB, Park View City, Etihad Town, Union Developers, Zaitoon City, Lahore Smart City, Rafi Group, Zaitoon Group, or Al Jalil Garden.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and close deals.
- A presentable and professional demeanor, coupled with a client-centric approach to service.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain focus in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with Lahore’s real estate market is highly advantageous and will be considered a plus.
