Job Summary
Auroxa Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our team full-time and on-site. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in customizing and enhancing our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, with a focus on the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. This position requires hands-on development, integration, and optimization to deliver a seamless and efficient CRM experience that supports our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The Dynamics 365 CRM Developer will be responsible for tailoring the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to meet evolving business requirements. This includes developing and maintaining plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript code, and Power Automate flows that align with organizational needs.
Collaboration is essential in this role. The developer will work closely with various stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality CRM solutions. Additionally, the role involves integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using REST APIs and OData protocols to ensure smooth data flow and interoperability.
The developer will also oversee the deployment and testing of all custom features and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards. Comprehensive documentation of all developments and changes is required to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) is essential, alongside strong development skills in C# and JavaScript.
Experience with solution packaging, environment management, and plugin development within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem is required. Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control and version management is also necessary to maintain best practices in code management and deployment.
