Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new sales opportunities, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business prospects through proactive cold calling and leveraging referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to foster customer loyalty.
- Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions that address their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales manager to meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of our products and services.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline status, and follow-up activities to ensure effective sales management.
- Work in coordination with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery of products or services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage and identify new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven sales experience of 1 to 2 years demonstrating consistent achievement of targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport and closing deals.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness and ability to travel locally as required to meet clients and attend meetings.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
