Train the Trainer – Inspection Industry

Job Summary
Wajedo Inspection & Technical Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Train the Trainer professional to join their team in Karachi on a full-time contractual basis. The ideal candidate will bring 4 to 5 years of experience in delivering technical and safety training specifically within the inspection industry. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing impactful training programs that elevate the technical skills and safety awareness of personnel across various inspection-related disciplines. The successful candidate will be proactive, capable of creating engaging training sessions, and committed to maintaining strict adherence to industry safety standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct comprehensive technical and hands-on training sessions tailored to the unique needs of the inspection industry. The trainer will ensure that all training activities strictly comply with established safety protocols and relevant industry regulations, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.

Evaluating the effectiveness of training is critical; therefore, the trainer will assess trainees’ understanding through formal evaluations and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement and skill development. Additionally, the role involves the ongoing development and regular updating of training materials and manuals to ensure they reflect the latest best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, which is a mandatory educational requirement for this position. A Training of Trainers (TOT) Certification is also essential, demonstrating the candidate’s formal expertise in adult learning and training methodologies.

Proven experience in delivering technical training programs effectively within the inspection or related industries is required. The candidate should possess specialized knowledge and practical expertise in critical technical areas such as Working at Height, Scaffolding, First Aid (with certification), Confined Space Entry, and Visual Inspection. These competencies are vital to ensure comprehensive and relevant training delivery.
